1. Agreement
By accessing or using Inboxes (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Inboxes is an email client that connects to your Mailgun account via your API key. We provide inbox management, email composition, delivery tracking, and related features. Your sending and receiving infrastructure is provided by Mailgun — we access it on your behalf through the Mailgun API and store a synced copy of messages to power the product.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Your Mailgun API Key
- You provide your own Mailgun API key to connect the Service to your Mailgun account.
- We make reasonable efforts to protect your API key, including encryption at rest.
- You are solely responsible for the permissions, scope, and security of your API key.
- We are not responsible for actions taken through your Mailgun account via the API key you provide.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
6. Payment and Billing
- Access to the product requires an active paid subscription. The standard plan is $5 / month, billed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record for payments).
- Payment is collected in-app after account creation, before Mailgun onboarding and inbox access.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal.
- Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may be added by Paddle where required.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details, including cancellation (access until period end, no prorated refund).
7. Data
Email transport and mailbox hosting are provided by Mailgun. We may store and index message data locally to provide threading, search, labels, and delivery history. Mailgun remains the source of truth for sending and receiving.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity of locally stored data, but the Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or inconsistencies.

8. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on third-party providers including Mailgun and Paddle, whose availability is outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Termination
- You may close your account at any time.
- Canceling billing stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current period (see Refund Policy).
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material billing or refund changes will be reflected on this page and in the Refund Policy.
